The Heartland FC will strive to go for a third win on the spin when they confront wounded Sunshine Stars of Akure on Sunday at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri.
Heartland FC have beaten Remo Stars and Abia Warriors in their last two games and are poised to add the visitors from Akure to the list of their conquests.

“The credit goes to my teammates and Coaches who have worked very hard and believed in this project and am very optimistic that there’s more to achieve.”
Ebuka believes that a change in mentality of the lads have directly impacted the results on the pitch.
“What changed is the mentality,now everyone is fighting for the team, everyone wants to die for the team”
Ahead of Sunday’s game Ebuka says it will not be an easy ride but he is confident that Heartland will win the battle at the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri while urging the fans to continue to support the team.
